Doula My Soul helps families meet their own definitions of success in birth, breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and beyond in the Portland Metro and Southwest Washington areas.

TouchPoint Teledoula Services

No visitors? No problem! Even though we firmly believe a doula is essential birth support, we understand these times are extraordinary.

We have skilled digital doula support ready to help, at a reduced fee.

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are only seeing urgent cases in clinic.
For safety, we will meet with you by video first, to assess your situation.

We have a team of expert doulas and lactation consultants ready to assist you.

Come hang

out with us!

COVID-19 UPDATE: Many of our classes are moving to virtual classes!

We offer classes for parents and professionals in a wide variety of topics.

Most breastfeeding challenges can be addressed with a telehealth visit. We have reduced the cost to $40 per hour during social distancing, to ease the strain so many are feeling right now.

More than

just birth!

We also offer prenatal education, birth support, highly skilled lactation consultation, and postpartum doula care, too!

Meet our staff!

Committed to caring for your family with evidence-based expertise, with a side of warmth and kindness.

& Support

Here are some helpful videos, blogs, and resources to refer to between consults!

We love helping

parents learn.

Our blog posts are evidence-based and (hopefully) entertaining!

Hello! In response to the global pandemic, we have made some changes. We are encouraging telehealth visits for lactation, and TouchPoint Teledoula services for birth support. We have worked hard to make all our offerings more affordable, too. All of our team has been trained in proper PPE, and we are using the CDC as a guideline to develop our protocols and precautions.
